I had similar experience but seem to now got through it. Like others, my login wasn't recognised, I emailed the club and got the automated disastrous reply saying to expect a response in 20days. I live in Wiltshire so wanted to ensure I could listen to the 1st match so I went to the website and again it rejected my login, I then went to the Wrexham player tab and selected the match. It told me I had to register for free, I did and now all works well. Hope you get some luck with this.

Your free club membership isn't anything to do with Ticketmaster. It's a separate registration.

me too - just had an email from Dan Sear after I replied to the monthly Membership newsletter asking for my membership number.

I'm not so sure about this. Like others, I've just had an email from the club telling me my "club membership" number and that it's now linked to the eticketing system. It's also the same number that I got after I paid £10 on Monday night for what you think is the Ticketmaster membership. Also, if it is a Ticketmaster membership then why is it priority? I think there's been a mess-up regarding memberships and they weren't linked to the system in time.

Hate to moan, but you’d have thought the email would state when the Woking tickets will go on sale, rather than just stating the priority expiry date. Basic communication errors again.

I don't think it helps that people are calling it a 'ticketmaster membership'. There's really no such thing and seems to cause confusion. There's your club membership and there's an eticket account to buy tickets on.
