Sounds promising. Between him and Lainton we should be OK

Even if Lainton starts the season we know that Howard will get at least 15 games when the inevitable happens.

Agree Jono. Nothing not to like here. We have 2 solid keeper's now albeit one who we know will get injured.

Just surprised neither JägerRed or Wonderboy saw it coming

Good quality keeper for free . Absolutely no need to break the bank for a GK at this level.

Save the dosh for midfield and upfront

Just looking at Carlisle forum when he got released - alot saying was tapped up months ago by a club - and was never going to sign a contract!
