They’ve clearly been working on passing moves. Players knew where each other would run to.

That was a terrific performance. Probably the best this season. Davies anD Jones played deeper and the wing backs played further forward. As a result we crowded Dagenham in midfield and stopped them playing their triangles which they are so good at. We were still an offensive threat because we pushed the wing backs up and Palmer was unplayable.

The disrespect - confined to a very small number of masked morons. If we are banning people from running on the pitch to joyously celebrate a goal , then there there is every justification for banning those responsible for much worse behaviour.

Mullin - if he failed to wear an armband he needs to be reminded that he represents the club and is paid handsomely for it.

Palmer is on a mission this season. Unplayable when he's like that, his control and passing is very underrated, he's a lot more than just a target man.

Palmer was outstanding , unplayable.
Him and Mullin are as good as it gets.I’d love to see more of Lee linking up with them., they’d run riot.

Forde and Mendy are fantastic at wing back also , they pushed up really well.

We looked very well balanced tonight. Jones and Forde work well down the right as do Mendy and Davies on the left.

Add to that, Cleworth looks comfortable bringing the ball out into midfield.

A couple of years ago, we might struggle to break a team like that down but we have better players now who are creating (and taking) better chances.
