He’s just trying to force a move to AC Milan!

From what I've heard, Lainton's wrists are strong enough to stop the ball but he is struggling to lift himself off the ground quickly. As for Lennon, all I keep hearing is his injury keeps recurring. Desperate to have Lainton back for sure.

Real shame for Lennon, a top top CB when fit, but I suspect his days are over.

Lainton is the one that we desperately need back fit.

He should have a good run...we don't play Bromley away until March.

How can Lennon be playing Tuesday but his injury keeps recurring. It’s surely one or the other

This is likely his last chance. He's only got a contract until January I believe so if he breaks down again I think that's the end for him sadly as he's a top player.

he's been working to get back to the point where he can play - after previous experience , they didn't want too risk him until they were as sure as they can be that he's ready ....

I'd be much happier holding him back and having him fit for all of the second half of the season than rushing him back and him suffering a set back .....

fingers crossed he's over the injury now as he'll be a HUGE asset to us if he is - he'd be to our defence , what Mullin or Palmer is to our strikers

Really depends on whether it involves the AC joint and what grade; normal, 1, 2 and 3.

Mark Cavendish is probably the most famous person to get a slight separation grade normal, carried on with his season, but 3 years later got a worse grade 3 one.

You do get pain with grade normal. But you can carry on as normal. it seems at the moment they don't think it's that bad, but xrays will be needed.

There's probably a lot of gym goers who have done this accidentally by upright rows and overhead presses or just falling over.

you would expect with the x amount of long throws he does on a matchday, coupled with the x amount he also does in training inbetween, his shoulders will be taking a lot of strain over the years

hopefully its a normal as you say, get us back in the league at least
