Completely agree, the advised warm-up (well i was instructed) is very similar to a throw in. Lift a 20kg barbell weight from your waist to above your head like you are about to take a throw-in, but with only slightly bent elbows.

The sooner Lainton is back the better.

Anyone know if he has finished his bathroom yet?

Lainton or Lennon improve this team massively.

Austin, I can't comment on, but he does offer some pun value as a minimum. RHJ is realistically 3rd choice RWB however can have his moments.

Promising news all round.

Great news Lainton is back soon. We really do need him back to his best and in the first team.

Who are the reserves playing next Tuesday, it's not in the reserve fixture list that I can see.

I was wondering the same. Parkinson called it a 'b team game' rather than a reserve game so behind closed doors maybe?

I’m sure he will be made to bide his time on the bench by Phil…he’s not seen an issue in midfield for 13 months + nor does he see the need for Cleworth to have a rest 4 or 5 weeks ago…

If only you were the manager we would have a 100% record and have beaten Blyth 15-0

That's the difference between Phil Parkinson and you. One has 3 EFL promotions on his CV, is the manager of Wrexham AFC and the one who gets paid to make those decisions ............and you posting nonsense on here day in day out
