The one thing fans were taught from the dark days was Section 106's, Covenants, Big Promises... can't be relied on long term, and especially so if the faces making them change over the years.

That is not a pop at R+R, they have documented to the world perhaps why there is a skepticism DNA strand in the town

This seems a really weird sentence to me. Are they saying no women's games, no international matches? Or would the women's team and the Wales team be fine to play some games because it wouldn't be the 'home stadium' that they played at regularly?

Seems like it would make more sense if the 'only' was moved to read "the Ground will be used as the only home football stadium of Wrexham AFC’s men’s first team until 30 June 2115."

Perhaps they mean the Ground can only be the home of the men's 1st team (and nowhere else) but the women's team can play their home games elsewhere including the Racecourse.

The way the agreement is worded does not consider the proposed Kop stand. so the minimum required capacity would be 10,300. Twice the size of the legoland down the road.

Looking at that two mile radius it shows how few sites there are with enough space for a new stadium before you even consider if they are suitable. Shows how key getting the it right with any the future redevelopments will be in terms of getting the right sized stadium. Sure there will be no tears if those flats have to come down to make way.

Does anybody know the valuation of the flats? Think I saw a figure of 14 million somewhere. If that's the case they are never coming down I'm afraid.

They were up for sale for 13 million in 2016.
