Everyone knows I like Luke but sorry he cannot be compared to Evans who has ,for me, been our best signing since PM.

yes, but you may prefer Evans in the backline to shore things up.

It's only a few matches ago people were referring to GE as a Rolls Royce, purring in the team. Now he's being made to sound like a clapped out Lada (Russian masterpiece of motoring engineering from the 70s and 80s for those too young or too distanced to know!).

Rollers don't deteriorate that rapidly!

I'd prefer Evans in the back line for this one .... but it should Jones who comes in for him in Midfield - possibly young on to the bench but not starting

I'm not joking and it's not just me suggesting it. Listen to the latest Fearless in Devotion podcast. Mark Creighton also thinks Young should come back into the team.

But Young doesn’t launch speculative long balls. He moves the ball quickly sideways and sometimes forwards on the ground . He also makes himself available quickly when a player is being pressed.

I wouldn't go that far ... he's been good ..but not our best signing , I'd go Lee or mullin on that front ..

Young and Evans 2 very different players... young is more forward , evans more defensive and safe ... who knows.. they both have different abilities on the pitch ... things can be changed if its not working after 60 mins.. let's just go with what parky chooses, instead of us all turning into keyboard warriors .. we all have opinions and not everyone's are liked by one another...but people go on like they know the ins and outs...let's see what happens and see who's right and wrong Saturday...RED ARMY

he absolutely did to wards the end of his last stint in the team - also like dot play head tennis with the opposition - a game he invariably lost
