Bit of a side point but playing Chelsea again and hopefully developing a good relationship with them could be a big help to us going forward. They stockpile an awful lot of very good young players and it could turn into a useful partnership for us in the loan market.

Just back from California and Highway 1 is presently closed at Big Sur due to multiple landslides in recent months. Closure time is unspecified but thought to be months
