Very pleased they were able to shoehorn in an MLS first team, mid season for the Whitecaps. No mean feet considering they have a Leagues Cup match against LAFC 3 days later.

Galaxy and Philly II were interesting but I'm looking forward to seeing the real deal.

Silly question I know but can you remember which route you did along the Oregon coast and coast north of San Francisco? More specifically the good places you went or stayed?

Looking like I'm able to do a bit of a fly-drive holiday, go to the game in Vancouver and combine it with a work trip. Work then pays the Andy Cannon's-share of my flights. Aw-sum.

PS I'm good on all points south and east of South Francisco. Its just north of there I don't know so well.

Not the best news to be honest, players seem to injure themselves more easily on artificial surfaces and we have come out badly previously on these.
