Can you imagine an Armada of double-deckers trying to exit Crescent Road onto Smithfield Road on a Saturday afternoon. It would be half time before they arrived at The Racecourse! That's a busy and tricky junction. Carnage.

Haven't commented on this yet but i think Fleur has done a good job pushing things forward but in doing so she has ruffled quite a few feathers.

I don't think she did herself any favours by not wanting to appear on the documentary given the role she had but thats how some people work. Ive had it with work where they asked if i would go on TV and i flat out refused.

It's a big job of course pulling everything together. Would need experience of at least large championship sized club. So much going on from better merchandise availability and distribution, training ground and stadium current / future versions.

I've stuck up for her in the past. We're none the wiser as the where her role ends and Shaun Harveys begins so its difficult to judge her on the body of work.

The club is lightyeards ahead of where we were when she took over. Especially commercially which was her background.

Yes there have been whispers(quite alot actually) of p1ssing people off and disgruntled ex employees. But it's not easy at the top. But I think people are ok to criticise and should be ok to criticise without being branded a sexist.

Shaun Harvey as taken plenty of flak. As did Spencer. As has Fleur.

That is the price of club growth. Some have to make sacrifices. That’s not being a bad CEO. It’s arguably being a good one.
