Now the Trust is waiting on the club to confirm the collapse of the lease, but they seem to be dragging their feet because they haven't got their ducks in a row.

If everything materialised for the club to get on with building the Kop tomorrow I don't believe they'd be in a position to do it. So Rob just looks like a bit of a dick for constantly moaning when the club hasn't got it's own house in order.

Yes, we get it - the WST did some stupid stuff. What's that got to do with a discussion about the present day situation?

I have also seen an interview from Humphrey when he commented on the slowness and bureaucracy of planning process.I am not sure who that was aimed at or what projects he was talking about

It's been 6 months now though since they agreed to give up the lease and it's still not happened.
For all the talk of hold ups, the club isn't in a position to start building. Humphrey was talking about still needing to find 10m a couple of months back.
