Thats a great gesture CF, I would do it myself but my car is tiny :>)

If you could get in touch by e-mail or PM me on here Gazw with a contact number we can sort picking your barrier over the next few weeks and then arrange for delivery a week or two after that.

We have had a great response to this initiative and at present if all barriers that people have expressed an interest are sold and paid, then along with the auctioned abrriers. We are looking at circa £4k, with further initiatives planned, I believe it will be substantially higher when we have completed the programme of offering a bit of Kop history to fans.

This pick your barrier initiative ends Wednesday midnight for getting in touch to express an interest.

I think it was mentioned earlier but how about cutting up smaller pieces for those who cannot afford or don't have room for a complete barrier.

I would like a smaller piece to paint and mount on a plinth!

That is part of the plan, when we exhaust barrier sales, as you lose every other barrier when cutting them, so will be plenty of leaning bars left.

Giving this a bump as its the last day to E-mail to express an interest.

Thanks to all who have e-mailed to date, we should start contacting to arrange with you to come to the ground from later today.

Hopefully all barriers are able to be picked over the next week, we can then get on with the process of removing and prepping them for the buyers.

We have started the process of arranging for a meeting at the ground to show us barriers.

This is going to be a terrific fundraiser.

Look out in the future for other ways to own a piece of Kop History.

Thanks to Paul for taking us through to pick our barrier this morning. Impressed to see a comp!eted one ready for dispatch to that personal terrace in someone's garden ☺. Mines a fathers day gift off the wife (thank you) and I didn't realise I get to choose a personal message of my own to go on a plaque on it too. Thanks again Paul. ☺
