When does the club announce their plans for the season

Living in Swansea you're probably used to a council who encourage sport and recreation as part of the community including such things as fan zones. Despite the Welsh football association starting in the town and Wrexham Football Club and The Racecourse's long history our council show little enthusiasm for sport and recreation. No help during our darkest times, no Wales fan zone during the Euros, trying to close Plas Madoc leisure centre, the loss of various football pitches. Maybe Nine Acres is the turning point but not holding my breath.
As for Wrexham FC, yes certain mistakes have been made but I'm happy the club's being run well and we are living within our means.

I don't think 9acre is a turning point , more af a pacifier after the lack of support we got over other issues , like the Village robbery ,

There are lots of reasons to criticise the Council over their stance towards the Club but when Swansea Council built the Liberty stadium the whole landscape of Local government was very different ten plus years ago. If it was all happening now I'm not sure they could find the 20 odd million it cost. As it is Swansea Council are trying to get more money out of Swansea FC for taking over the lease.
