Although there are things to invest in like infrastructure, players with potential sell on fees, the COE. Once the word investor is used all the fear factors come back into play.
Its why we will struggle to move forwards strategically and continue to live hand to mouth.

Are you getting hung up on the semantics? someone to put money in. call them what you like. Like loads of other clubs have!

Also we do have something to invest in financially - a 100 year lease, this is an asset and as good as owning the ground.
