Does anybody actually know if it's okay to disclose your release clause? Or if it's just a question of trust and integrity?

Sounds similar to disclosing your notice period to a new employer.

To be honest I think we are all in the dark...In fact the only facts we have is the Board said there was no official approach up to Thursday 9 30 pm .That Sam was told not to turn up for the match and Sky bet had Ricketts as favourite for the job for nearly a week ( at very short odds)

Depends if there is a confidentiality clause (there usually is). It’s very hard to prove though (even though obvious what has happened)

I think in Spain they are all public. To me this seems a more sensible system then what we currently have where clubs clearly break the rules, but it's hard to prove.

Sam Ricketts could have become a cult hero here getting us up to the next league he knows it and we know it so Il ask again why has his head been turned so easily, its not because of money ,its not because of a club being in a higher league ,he could have had this and a lot more at wxm fc .
His cv would have looked a lot better taking us up than keeping Shrewsbury in that league,i think our standards and ambitions are dropping and its become the norm for a great historic club like Wrexham to be stuck in a shithole that is called the national league.
There are a lot of posters on here ,we all want the same thing ,PROMOTION, its about time the club pushed the boat out give funds for a striker.

Possibly he was given his budget for January and doesn't believe it is enough, I assume he has rumours of what Salford will be doing in January and he doesn't think we can compete

That was always going to be the case. Maybe he's not aware of the play off system.
