Re: Club 'investigation of two alleged incidents' at Dover game
Would you rather the brainless, racists go un-punished for their caveman views? They deserve no loyalty/protection from other Wrexham fans. Your stance is baffling unless you are one of those involved, know those involved or hold similar views that it's fine to racially abuse somebody The grass insult doesn't hold water in this situation because there won't be any 'street justice' to make it right. If you'd rather racists be protected, that's up to you but thankfully, most people are decent and don't think it's right.

Re: Club 'investigation of two alleged incidents' at Dover game
I've read enough over the years to have seen that sometimes, not all, ridiculous, stupid posts are done as a wind up. If it is a wind-up, on a serious issue then the asses aren't the people who've taken against the comment, regardless of the context.

Re: Club 'investigation of two alleged incidents' at Dover game
I don't for a second condone what went on Saturday stupid morons in my eyes. But when you think about it how many grounds do we visit where we get sheepshaggers thrown at us and bleeting noises nothing done about it but if someone says an anti semetic chant or someone is abused about the colour of their skin all hell breaks loose. It's not just us the Scots and the Irish get ridiculed on a regular basis nothing said or reported it seems we are open to any abuse from them over the border without any recompense from the English FA it's a rule for them and the Celtic Nations don't count. So they wonder why we hate the English and I know its a rugby song but it can apply to football as well. They can stick their f*** in Chariot up the A***. Sideways!!

Re: Club 'investigation of two alleged incidents' at Dover game
Its the stewarding leadership/safety officer that should have got this nipped in the bud. If this abuse had been going on all game and/or in previous games the culprits should have been identified, ejected from the ground and handed over to the police if their abuse broke the football ground regulations. Why were this people still in the ground towards the end of the game?
Regarding so called super stewards - the SIA lads (nationality is irrelevant) who I believe are paid far more than the Wrexham stewards are there if trouble breaks out and to help with any ejections as they are more trained to do this. Having more stewards is fine but a number of long term stewards are no longer asked to work and others have left because of monthly pay/retired. There are always stewards/supervisors around the dugouts/tunnel areas so surely someone must have heard the abuse? Last edited by Ryans the man; 8th January 2019 at 07.46:10.. |
