No time for sentiment. BH and CD should be sacked and someone experienced appointed by a small cadre who know who to choose. The season is salvageable if action is taken now. But prevarication will see the club implode.

We discussed recently giving more time and basing decision on the new few results. It seems even those of us willing to give a few more results have thrown the towel in early.

The board need to accept the current model doesn't work. Get someone in who has the ability to spot a manager, get a contract that benefits the club and a change in the philosophy of bringing in managers associated with the FAW or through Carl Darlington.

Enough is enough now. This just isn't working. To continue with the same set up would be arrogant, naive and frustrating for the fans who have seen us fail season after season.

The board are at a massive risk of alienating the fan base if they don't act with intention to change.

He can't have been the best applicant we had - if so we are in SERIOUS trouble as a club, if he wasn't the best candidate, why was he recruited? I'm afraid it doesn't matter how early on he is. He knew taking the job he'd have to impress fans and he's failing. No room for sentiment. We are close to the relegation zone now. That is unacceptable, and doesn't seem to show signs of improvement.

Got so far in this thread and established those who voted yes are either a Chester fan or voted yes by mistake.

Get rid of Yozzer by all means but pointless without Darlo.

Nothing against Yozzer as a former player but the job clearly wasn't for him. Next discussion should be on who appoints the next manager
