Don't tie them down to working with Darlo, let them have and use there own coach. We will only ever attract those desperate for a job if we carry on with this format, give them free reign.

Totally agree with that, new manager has to be allowed to pick his own team.

My point was once they are here it's virtually impossible to keep them if League 1 money shows its hand.

The point at which the manager is installed he has the opportunity to tell the board whether or not he wants to work with CD. Mills told them to get rid of him and the board listened. We all know how that one ended......the problem is whatever the board do it's never right on here..

If it was not for Wrexham,Ricketts,Keates and Hughes would have had to start there managerial career further down the leagues,it was a case of if you want the wrexham job you work with Darlington and HIS tactics.

I feel for those posting on here who weren't old enough, or even born, to remember 1977/1978. You'd have loved it. Honestly, it was ace.

I remember it wellbut ffs it's gone. I am a happy clapper but it's obvious things are going wrong. The disabled platform is a positive but this is the work of the DSA. My own experience of trying to work with the club was poor. Calls unanswered, people not there when I arrived, nobody really knowing who was responsible for what. So, it is possible even for happy clappers to spot shortcomings. However, some people don't half go on.
