The survey says that we don't have a mandate to sell more than 49% (unless I'm reading it wrong).
But I've often heard the WST Board say that they have NO mandate to seek investment.
So, have we always had a mandate to seek up to 49% investment?

Difference between actively seeking and receiving interest

Depends on whether you're using mandate as a command or authorization.
They have the authority to seek investment but it's not mandatory. Basically, as we all know, they won't actively do it unless told to.

That's what I think, but haven't we always been told that the WST Board could not seek outside investment because they didn;y have a mandate?

It seems they could of, and still can, up to 49%.

IF they wanted to.

To be honest I'm only going off the latest statement about not having a mandate (not mandatory). I can't remember if they've ever said they couldn't in the past.

There has been a lot of damage, a lot of wrong decisions, a LOT of money wasted, a lot of incredibly poor communication and relations

Since the WST wrote an open letter calling for a reunited fanbase nothing has improved. Nothing has even been attempted to try and improve things. If anything things have gotten worse.

Maybe the WST are waiting for the fans to apologise for all the hassle we are giving them. After all they know best, so they keep telling us.

They know one thing, slowly kill the club year on year reducing it to what it is now ... thats what fan ownership has brought. They knew they couldn’t afford the club but went for it anyway and in doing so we now train on the 9 acre, Blame moss as much as they want but he tried keeping the ground/club/training ground intact. The wst then turned on any interested parties!
