I completely disagree. He was reappointed by his pal Spencer. The truth of the matter is that his stats are appalling as a manger. He was a great player for us, no doubt there but as a manger both here and at Walsall his win percentages are shocking. NO OTHER club would have done what we did, which was employ a failure who was recently sacked by his relegated home town club. What’s worse is the board got senior players to do media interviews saying they wouldn’t mind DK coming back after Hughes was sent on his way. If people can’t see the embarrassing way this club is being run then we are doomed.

I know how the club can make some money. We rent out Spencer, as Trumps campaign manager for the forthcoming USA elections in November. Trumps low in the ratings and doing all he can to hang onto office. Hang on - I have seen that scenario before!!!

The lies told about Don Bircham (who has arguably done more for the club than any board member has), the false board minutes and seemingly throwing a major sponsor under the bus to preserve their own positions needs accountability. The precedent that sets going forward without any resignations is incredibly dangerous. I'm amazed it hasn't been addressed yet.

As for Dean Keates, there's been no humility from him. When asked about fans feelings towards him returning he simply stated "it is what it is". If he were to apologise or write an open letter to fans to try and build bridges I'd have more respect for him and I'd be willing to cut him a little slack. He even stated his intention to build bridges with the fanbase but then refused to do a Meet the Manager. As much as I completely disagree with bringing Keates back the anger is with the board for another terrible appointment and disrespecting the club. It would be a refreshing change of pace for Keates to at least admit wrongdoing and try to engage with fans after leaving under the circumstances. I won't hold my breath though
In fairness to Keates, coming out grovelling and kissing arse would make zero difference to those that didn't and still don't want him here. The only way he can win the fans over is take us up, even then I don't know if they will ever quite warm to him given the brand of football he puts on.

The interviews are awful too. If he was a bit better at getting fans on board through those it would go a long way.

Setting aside the demise of the seaside resort and the run down state of the town centre. The suborb of Rhyl, as you head towards Rhuddlan is very nice, with some expensive properties there.
