Delivery of the rest of Allocation expected in two weeks and should enough for everybody. We won't put on Sale until we receive the Stock. We will clear the backlog and then put on Sale for delivery and hopefully click and collect. All the postage ones haven sent out.
We apologise for any one who has not had their gin order yet or been able purchase. Myself Matt and Dan have been answering all e mails and if we have missed someone we apologise. However we decided to fulfill the orders some people would have missed out.
New systems will be in place and delivery options upgraded. Thank you for your patience and lets hope for 3 points tomorrow. Geoff Scott

Club emailed someone today:

“If you have selected delivery then the Club will honour this for you. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.“

Club statement also said

“ Following the incredible response to the Aviation Gin x Wrexham AFC launch, we are pleased to confirm all orders for delivery have now been posted out.”

So my order says processing. I ordered 3 bottles for delivery. Does that mean mine is out for delivery?

If no postage paid then wont be processed until we get the next allocation and would then be put for collection. Did you pay for postage ?Apologies but very old system that we all know needs upgrading which will be done soon.

I suspect that could be the issue and could be worth communicating more widely.

Bloke has done a 200 quid order and wondering where it is and just asked him to check if it referenced postage - and not.

He is more annoyed at lack of comms - wont put the messages on here but would guess he is asking for a refund now.
