I thought DK could spot a player

Jordan Davies/ Tyler French/ Dior were all DK signings,

His downfall was his overly cautious approach to games

Andy Morrell and Arfon Griffiths being the exceptions to the rule, surely?

Probably, but he was far behind both as a footballer.

It was the Board’s fault for bringing him back; mostly because we didn’t have the resources to chase a better candidate.

Me too. Those who are poking fun obviously forget that. DK is still worthy of respect.

Agree but to elaborate more on what i put before i think he came into the club again and was dealt a bad hand. Poor selection of players from the Hughes debacle, poor funding and a board which was falling apart around the club.

On the flip side though him coming back was never going to be a popular choice given what had happened before. The game when he didn't have an issue with us not having a shot on goal at home was particular sore point.

Can’t compare the current resources with what previous managers had to play with.

Good luck to DK in the future.

I didn't want to see DK reappointed but I won't be disrespecting him now he's gone.

In life and in football, the most we can ask is for a person to do their best. It might not prove to be good enough but if they give 100% we can't ask for anything more.

DK did his best, both as a footballer and manager, in his role as manager he was found wanting but it wasn't through lack of effort.

Has anyone heard if he has re-emerged at another club? He was a good footballer but never going to be a good manager even at the lowly level we are playing .
