Think it’s rather insulting to the players who gave everything last night to turn around and say you’re not getting the chance to try again and continue what is a fantastic cup run.

Lots of good arguments for and against playing a full strength team in the replay (I'm a for btw).
Regardless of what we think, I'm sure Phil will put out his strongest team

Players want to play in these games and want to win the league. I share your sentiment, I don’t think it’s an either/or choice.

Of course we play our strongest team in the replay. We have the best squad for decades . Bad news that we have lost two good defenders but bear in mind that we played the best football with their replacements on the field. The negativity from some posting on here is depressing.

Wow, the bile on the Sheffield United forum is reaching new levels tonight.

The prospect of one of us hosting Spurs has got them hot under the collar.

24 hours ago they were saying how brilliant we had played and how we deserved to win. Now they want to smash us 6-0 on their carpet at Bramhall Lane because we won't be able to play on it, like we couldn't at Coventry

Truth is, they're running scared because they can't defend a throw in for shit.

Good luck in the Prem chaps. You'll be down by Xmas (again)

Agree they'll go down. We were helped by the fact Fulham made a move for Berge before the game who is their best player. Jebbison will be suspended so you'd imagine Ndiaye will come in who looked a really good player. They'll certainly have more of the ball at their place and we will have to make chances count. I fear it may be a step too far.

Some funny attitudes on show. Apparently our story isn't a fairytale because we are spending more than th either teams in our league so it isn't fair....Sheff United's wage bill is two or three times bigger than teams like Coventry and Rotherham, but apparently that's different. Plus we don't renege on transfer deals.

It hasn’t cost us anything yet, losing Hayden and Tunnicliffe is a blow but that’s where are strength as a team comes in. I’m sure Parky will be looking to get some cover in. Wrexham are in formidable form, why would we put the brakes on now. Its the time to be brave. We play our strongest team against Sheffield United, anything else goes against our entire mentality as a team.

Their forum (in contrast to the lads I met on the night) makes Divi chat look like a forum for football genius, and Keates era RP a den of happiness and positivity.

You’ve nicked a draw, against a conference side to which your player has give it the big un in his celebrations while their fans sat in silence for most of the game. For a “prem team in waiting” they’re an absolute embarrassment.
