Evans was made captain by Keates, why did this happen, was it to annoy Carrington? Certainly not a meticulous decision when months later... He has left the building

Riley had started to find great form and won all the player of the year awards rightly so,,, He has left the building

Keates then tells everyone they are on trial on an interview situation and the players are playing for contacts,also he wants to give our youth an opportunity at the club and not use other clubs young players

Allen brought in as someone different and we could see he offered something different but.. He has left the building

White who has had a horrible illness fights his way back, gives us our best day of the season, he scores five goals in the last five games of the season to end the season by starting only 15 games scoring 7 and having 4 assists, a great return and most people would have kept him but... He has left the building

Finally

Harry a young player who was given a chance fleetingly was even appointed penalty taker and scored then frozen out until last game of season, he certainly fell into category of giving our young player a chance but He has left the building

Obviously Keates says he is meticulous, but his decisions don't bear this out.

Lets be honest we were all surprised when he offered
Evans the captaincy
Let Rooney and Tilt go
Let Riley and White go
And now Let Harry go

When a manager makes a lot of decisions that we as fans question then surely we can't keep saying like a mantra

In Keates we trust

I for one don't trust him at all

Here is the creme de la creme

He says if I don't get my number one target then hopefully number two then three, what a laughable thing to say

He didn't need to have a clean slate

Surely he should have tried to keep some of the players I have mentioned above and added some quality.

The more I listen to him and see his actions, I see a man who is not all he seems to be

Keates did give youth a chance, doesn't mean they earn the right to stay with a new contract tho does it, Keates may feel he isn't good enough now and won't be in future so easy to let him leave.

As for Rooney and Tilt they both wanted to leave or was going to end of season. Allowing them to leave, meant we saved on wages as well as getting a bonus off Guiseley for staying up and maybe off fgr for going up. It made perfect sense to allow them to go, only a fool or anti Keates/Wrexham would say otherwise.

Jordan White may have been a mistake but who knows? The lad was awful for most part even tho he had an awful illness and the goals he did score were pretty much all tap in too.

You are the only one I've seen who attempt's to stick up for Mills. Are you him or a relative by any chance?

I would be very interested in knowing why tilt and Rooney didn't want to stay, maybe tilt can go higher and earn more, but Rooney not so sure.

Tilt knew he was a wanted a man, so he was off at the end of the season anyway.

Rooney wanted more money than we were willing to offer.

How hard is that to understand!

If any manager believes a player is worth less than that player is after wages wise he should never bow down to player power.

If you start giving into players wage demands it just opens the floodgates for others to ask for more.

And to be fair it was worse than that, he'd agreed to sign at one point then tried to up the ante, Dean was spot on and showed great leadership in my eyes.

George Harry showed some ability but had very few opportunities in the first-team. I can only assume DK thought him not quite good enough. He was on the small side, which doesn't help at this level.

Tilt said from start we were only a stepping stone for him to go further up the pyramid, was attracting mass interest half way through the season so knew he was off anyway.

Rooney was going to sign then his agent said otherwise, then he went for more money than we thought he was worth. That's it, well done the club I say.
