You're right about the injuries. He has been sent out on loan a lot though since joining Colchester and then Cheltenham, which is surprising given his earlier form. Last season he scored only 3 goals in 23 games on loan at Boreham Wood and Orient. Still only 28 and I'm sure he could still do a job in this league.

He was never as good as Maxwell but god I’d take him back in a heartbeat.
