I think there will be a big drop in crowds for rest of this season as long as hughes is still manager.

Theres a lot more youngsters attending. Which is good to see.....

£20 a game is a lot for an adult, considering its 5th tier football. Sky sports is only £18 a month. I know you dont get the atmosphere etc but for some people that could be what puts them off.

I guess there is a lot of armchair fans and they only appear when we get a big team in the cup or we reach the play offs etc. Others is due to work commitments, family etc.

I don't think its mainly Hughes. There is a lot that has to be answered for us fans especially after January's fiasco!

I think in the 80’s/90’s we lost ten thousand fans over about 4/5 years. Incredible sight watching your team with just over a thousand hardy souls on a cold November night, the kop was a dessert!

I'm not going tomorrow due to the cost. Haven't been able to afford a season ticket this year and can't justify another £20 to watch Barnum-Bobb piss about

they were still counted then you dimwit, they weren't hidden away, not many season ticket holders do not attend games or they wouldn't buy a ticket in the first place, the stupidity of some people on here knows no bounds, the frothers always have to have some reason to knock the club, this one is bizarre, attendances are up, season ticket sales grow, even though we haven't had much success since winning the vase

This is not a scientific review, just something I’ve become aware of this year (& not just in the last few weeks.
Worrying thing is, if crowds fall, & indeed the club falls into further decline then the fan owned model is screwed. Small crowds = small revenue with no way of reversing the spiral!
I also know a few new people who haven't bought one before and some who have returned, this always happens, thats how it works, expecting 4000 every game is astonishing considering what we used to get in the league, lucky for 2500 on a Tuesday night
