Ugarte, why do you think there's any chance of this happening? It was stated by board members at the recent meeting that they had all the knowledge required and they didn't need any new blood. John Mills said on Twitter last week (although he seems to have now deleted it) that he was jealous of future fans who'd see Wrexham back in the league and more successful than they'd ever previously been.

Do these sound like people ready to step aside?!

If I’m honest Im totally out of the loop. I’m paying in to something that is a failure. I don’t have an answer or skill set to help out.

Part two, appoint a professional to oversee the transition back to private investment.
There are interested parties out there, we still (just about) can be choosy who we jump into bed with, and not too unrealistic for fans to hold onto a “safeguarding” share & a seat on the board. Soon if no action is taken, it will be too late and we will have to act in desperation.
If Wycombe, Exeter & Wimbledon have all realised this while in better positions than us, how the hell do we expect to still succeed in our fast deteriorating circumstances?
8 years in... playing staff worst we’ve ever recruited, poor standard of coaching, poor training facilities/training. Inadequate commerce (due to over rated manager). Everything cut to the bone, most staff now part time. Clubs reputation in the game at its lowest ebb ever. Nearly run out of money with no forward ideas. Never at any point a defined strategy/business plan to succeed.
Can anyone please tell me, after the initial purchase of the club, what has been achieved by the trust?

Quay red is nowhere to be seen on days like today, vanishes but pipes up defending but hopefully they can read this and tell you about all the achievements.

I voted No which doesn't , of course , mean I am happy (who could be ? ) with the current situation . As a former Wrexham AFC shareholder , and 30 year member of the Supporters' Association committee, I was an early convert to the Fans' Ownership cause . Being so , at that time when relations between WST and WFCSA were not good ....particularly when a couple of Jones' leading WST were very hostile to our 1926 founded WFCSA group ... was not easy , believe me ! Relations improved , and thanks particularly owed to former WST Chairman Rob Griffiths , and it was recognised that we were all on the same side in wanting the best for OUR club. Relations peaked when Rich Owen , a WAFCSA committee star , who I am proud to have "mentored " , became WST Chairman . He did , I'm sure all will agree , a fantastic job in the most difficult of times .
I still believe in Fans' Ownership but am hugely disappointed that the democracy suggested by that title is virtually meaningless. WST Members' resolutions are ignored when deemed inconvenient by the elite ( DSA second platform ) and there remains NO way that WFC board members can be removed by those 3000 or so who , apparently , "own " our Club.
Never , in 65 years of supporting Wrexhan AFC , could I ever have expected the nightmare of possibly dropping into the second tier of Non-League football Call me daft but I don't want to encourage chancers / crooks like Hamilton , Booth, Cleeve , Vaughan etc .... and would much prefer to see an invitation extended to Wrexham supporting Business/ Professional / Outstanding Individuals to join the WAFC board .

Yes, couldn’t agree more, he’s vanished all the way down to Ebbsfleet United to follow the team, probably still on the way home, nice one
