I remember it too - made a pretty big claim and someone poo poo'd it and he dissapeared from memory.

Andy Smith was the guy from Woking who sold swamp land , brought in via Darren Ferguson’s brother. Wanted to build a wind farm at the Racecourse and claimed to be a friend of Bobby Davro.

He was a friend of Bobby Davro.


At the time he was sniffing around a number of us arranged a meeting with him at a pub he owned. He showed us the plans he had for development and we talked him into spending a couple of hundred quid on joining the trust.


The plans were completely unworkable and extremely expensive.


All the time we were there Bobby Davro was singing in the pub.

Please don’t try and justify his behaviour. Him and his ilk who own the own the club are also heading towards destroying us.
