I know that a poll on here showed less than half of members who voted in it actually received e-mails from the WST. I wonder if that will effect voting?

I hadn't received my invite email or code so emailed the secretary and treasurer and received the email today
secretary@ wst.org. uk or treasurer@wst.org.uk

I filled in the Contact Us form on the WST website yesterday and had my codes to vote at the SGM, AGM and the election this morning. A quick and informative response.

I'm still not sure on how to access the zoom meeting on Saturday though so I've asked about that. I want to actually see the presentation before I vote on it. I'm not just going to vote no based on posts here, nor will I just vote yes because it's the expected thing to do. I'm not being guilted into backing something if there's not a solid enough case for it.

In regards to not getting emails, when were the emails sent out on how to access zoom and your voting codes? In the past emails have been going to spam but I thought I marked them as not spam. I can't remember if it's my Hotmail or Gmail but one of them deletes emails marked as spam after 7 days so maybe it was automatically deleted as there is nothing in my spam or any other folders.

I am a Trust member but have not received the magic e mail which would enable me to vote on 01/08/20. When it comes to this club, I am slowly giving up the will to live.

I received the email with details on how to join on Monday.
