I think it was rumoured there was a board meeting mid week to ratify everything etc, then possible announcement end of the week.

Could all be pie in the sky and it may well be January before its completed.
But i hope it is this week so there is time to assess what possibly may need to be spent in January to strengthen, rather than get part way through the month, panic and splurge on any tom, dick or harry!

Premier League supporters live in a dream world bubble and have lost all sense of reality .The money they talk about wouldn't be there if the tv companies pulled the plug and NO player is worth £150M .

The initial £2M will soon be gone and I suspect its their investment to get some stability , change and professionalism back into the club. During the summer I fully expect major changes to be made including the training ground provision ( Park Avenue is not the answer) and the recruitment of a team and management to get us promotes ASAP.

The £2million was an assessment based on the £2 mil injection of capitol.
The club has funds enough to keep going until the transfer of ownership.
The WST has funds in the bank to support any shortfall in the clubs accounts.
Merchandising will only bring in small amounts of money initially, nowhere near the millions you imply.
At this stage of the project the commercial activity is also limited unless we start flying high in this league and the next.
Success on the field will determine everything.
If the football fails to deliver, the project stalls and the cash flow with it.
R & R are astute enough to recognise the above and will hopefully manage the club affairs accordingly.
I expect additional funds being made available as and when required but don't expect them to throw money away on the dream.
I anticipate that they will be more like Andy Pilley than Dale Vince.

I noticed Derby County issued a statement about their own takeover being delayed due to seasonal availability, covid challenges or legal delays or some such. Winder if we are experiencing the same level of delay. Update would be good to settle the nerves
