Streets ahead of everyone on the field. Really enjoyed watching him play. It’s a real shame things haven’t worked out for him. Kevin Thornton is probably the closest player ability-wise we’ve had down here - and he’s another that sadly let his football career ebb away at a much lower level than it could have been.

Something like 13 goals in half a season wasn't it?

I can't believe how good he was. Absolute myth that he was lazy... I don't care if a player who scores and creates so much tracks back, that's what our other 9 outfield players can be taking care of.

Watching Vose was like watching a half decent 5 a side team with that one incredible player who could create something from nothing every time they get the ball.

Was intrigued so checked his stats.. 11 in 31 games. His record for us is far more impressive than any of his other teams though
