Remember the Ray Smith goal, my Dad got us into the paddock side, in line with Ray Smith's glancing header. Masses of Wxm fans all around the ground if i recall correctly.

Had a great view of the goal from the Anfield Road End. I remember the tannoy system (probably at half time) playing Friends by Arrival, never hear that song without thinking of Ray's goal and a great day out at Anfield. Glory Days.

Overall JND us old codgers have seen some good times mixed with the bad.
We have our memories of decent Wrexham teams and some shockers.
I really hope this takeover gives the younger fans the same satisfaction that we have had. The last 20 years have been a nightmare.
