Yup, people like to forget this. JH also didn't want Keates because so much of the fan base didn't want him including members. While those like JH tried to represent the members at all times, others liked spending other people's money knowing they're wouldn't be consequences. £10k on flames in the tunnel or spend it to make sure toilets are clean and have hot water, tough decision that one.

I mean a group of bricklayers couldn't do it, so what chance do a few actors have? Then someone will pipe up about money,but so far they've spent no more money than the trust ever had and things are improving drastically.

I thought the flames were ‘free’ or so the usual ‘experts’ tried to point out.

Why are these issues discussed over and over again, it's a pointless exercise and does little to give the new owners any confidence that it will ever be resolved - there is too much bitterness continuously resurrected for what is now no longer a good reason. We are all painfully aware of what has happened and it should be left at that as we look forward to a bright future.

I also feel that to include Carl Darlington in the critique at this particular time is less than sympathetic to the man and his family that are suffering the loss of their child. The new owners may be less than impressed as I am myself.
