I didn't think his odds would change this much over some debate, aside from that I would love him here with a good budget he produces attractive attacking football!

The way he was so cool under pressure in the final minutes vs Stockport suggests he can manage the exposure of this clubs newfound wealth and fame.

I think there’s something in this, as surely we would have appointed someone by now who doesn’t have a play off final coming up.

He wouldn’t be able to take Hartlepool much further than mid table in League Two with their resources, so would even make sense if he came here after winning promotion. Other managers have done it, most recently Derek Adams.

Would love it to be him, but not sure the odds are anything to go by.

A tenner here or there on our next manager will change the odds dramatically (as it proved with Hudson)
