Likewise, but you could have got caught out on that one as United's capacity was down on the usual (which pre Hillsborough was I think about 60,000 or just under) when they played us in 1995, as they were doing ground development work (possibly Stretford End but may be wrong on that) to make it all seater at the time.

This thread has stirred a few memories. I'd say the best away day I had was Peterborough away in the cup. The away end that day was mental and the following amazing given it was a Tuesday night. I'd seen us play at P'boro about 8-9 times as its local to me without us winning.

Brum away, West Ham away with the late Rooster winner, Man U away when we took the lead, clinching promotion at Northampton with Jacko in their main stand leading our fans in a sing song are all memories to treasure.

Special mention also to the run of great wins we had at Cambridge a few years back. Again I went for years without seeing us win there and then we had a run of late winners there (I think two 3-2's and a 4-3). Heady days

Had a great night at Burnley in 98 when Gareth Owen went in goal due to Mark Cartwrights injury. He made some excellent saves and I am sure Wilson got the winner for us.
