Are these financial rumours or facts? We seem to have lots of people who know the ins and outs of other clubs financial affairs. I find it hard to believe that one player is on over half a million a year and another a quarter of a million, then there's the rest of the squad.

Imagine getting paid over £80k in your first year of playing professional league football & describing it as earning peanuts 😳🙄😬. Genuinely in shock reading that. But then again nothing surprises me in this game. But still wish him every success in future endeavours & thanks.

Apparently Salford missed out on signing Ronaldo but are confident of getting Messi rumour is his contract isn't a problem someone who knows every clubs budget has said.

Yes ridiculous I'm wondering if some fans work as spies for us.

Let's worry about ourselves we can't change what other clubs spend without ffp although I've seen no sign of ffp working in the leagues above.

Incredible what Salford are doing, hopefully it ends in tears although I can't see it. That said, with the one and only automatic promotion place now gone it makes you wonder if some clubs will take their foot of the gas financially this season with a view to the 19/20 season instead. Seems pretty pointless trying to compete.
