Let's be honest, it would be the same as taking a striker from the mid-lower end NLN/NLS or LoW. A punt by any measure.

People need to earn a living mate. For most it’s probably the only skill/career they know. Not easy to just stop playing.

Surely emotion and mentality has a big input on how they play - this must be true in any occupation?
