Hi

The new girls program run by ourselves at the RCF will actually see us expand from 3 squads to 5. With all 5 squads playing fixtures throughout the season. It will also see the RCF overseeing the reformed Women’s team.

A more detailed review of the new Girls CoE can be found on the RCF website, as well as details for the open trials to take place in July.

Are we at Wrexham AFC working backwards? We don't seem to have a Youth Team Policy.
I cannot remember a Youth Team member breaking into the first team for years and being kept.
