Ha, thanks for the advice which I’m sure is valid. Thankfully I’m old enough not to care. Battles to take the club forward have always been with the fans, not the council, not gutterman etc.

Got a club with such a progressive ownership structure we are sadly in the dark ages in football terms, as detailed by some of the responses on here. I’m off to join the trust and start shouting a bit louder.

I would hope that BH and BF would be making suggestions and requests to the board and discussing strategy. Otherwise they would be failing in their job.
On a daily basis both have a direct line to SH as their line manager for football matters should anything arise.

This is where it's all going wrong, I'd love to know what the Stadium Manager puts in their report.

Precisely why we need someone in a full time capacity to over see day to day running.

It seems to me that the only job which has any accountability at the club is the first team manager.
Everyone else from the board down can lurch from one disaster to the next and keep their roles.

Being told we can't compete with the big spenders, but allow someone to retain a role that's costing I'd guess thousands every month in lost retail.

Very damning that , continually told these people working hard at their posts and deserve all praise , is this why the toilets and other areas in such bad condition .

Our ownership structure is progressive in terms of traditional ownership models.

It’s a shame we aren’t as progressive on the football front
