I think we need someone to start banging his fist on the desk man , a bit of demanding better from them or else , just seems we are too soft on people maybe it's lethargy , overnight stays , nip off to Carden whenever they want , we're a joke .

It would help if the players in question actually got some significant game time instead of a few minutes here and there. Nobody gets a chance, if they don't score in the ten minutes they get, they don't much more of a chance.

As a fan owned club a selection of fans should be allowed to vent their opinions in that dressing room at full time, to many snowflakes in this team.

Were a team that play like a Sunday league team, any striker on earth would struggle to score with us.

I agree about the amount of time a player gets to show some sort of form , well he don't get any really does he , three newbies in now and probably Oswell , Stockton , feel deflated , Grant a complete no hoper , may as well get him away from squad for good .

Oswell - banging goals in for fun with Stockport.

Stockton - done it all before a mere 2 seasons ago at Tranmere.

They can't all be crap - just like Scott Boden who's now on about 18 goals for Gateshead & Chesterfield.

Oswell & Stockton have hardly had any game time and yet seem to have been written off in favour of a couple of kids with virtually no experience in Mcglashan & Spyrou.
Not forgetting that Stockton saved us at Gateshead a few weeks back.

There's no explanation as to why these players have disappeared off the match day squad.

Agree about Grant though - extremely poor.

Perhaps there is something behind the scenes that turns potential good recruits into basket cases - it's happening far too frequently for my liking to raise suspicions that all is possibly not well. Nobody seems to ever want to have a shot at goal - is it fear of failure that hangs over them ? or none of them want the responsibility of having a go.
Agree with most of this, but I don't think there is any major mystery to why we have not maintained a title challenge. We must have had the most unsettled line up than any of the contenders, let alone managers.

This maybe hindsight but I have always argued for stability which in many respects has been out of the club's hands and which is difficult in this era and NL. Continually bringing players in isn't the answer to get a settled, cohesive team. Until we achieve that, like almost all NL teams we are not likely to create a championship team. Successful teams are built on stability with 1 or 2 key signings to add the necessary quality at the right times. Yes it will be argued Macc T and Orient (possibly) have achieved success without too much stability but I think that is more diwn to the circumstances that there have been no consistently good teams in the league for some time.

Seems to me to be more about what Yosser does in the summer now, we'll finish higher than last seasons 10th but it's likely to end up as another bloody frustrating season to be a Wrexham fan. Prove me wrong please boys !!!!

On paper, Grant was a sound enough signing. A good age, plenty of league experience but for some reason it hasn’t worked out. I’m surprised we went back for Oswell considering he reportedly turned us down for Morecambe in the summer. But again, his profile suits us ie decent age and has scored goals in the league below.

Stockton was a panic signing. No doubt about that.

Perhaps we need to look a bit deeper as to why our strikers aren’t scoring goals. It’s getting beyond a joke now. It’s no coincidence that our highest earners are our centre backs (I assume).
